1. General description

These rules define the terms and conditions for participating in the campaign „This Summer, Let Your Money Work for You”, through which Fagura will reward the investor with the highest total volume of active investments made on the Fagura platform during the campaign period (July 1 – September 30, 2025), with a prize of 1,000 EUR.

2. Campaign Organizer

The campaign is organized and managed by Fagura (owner of the platforms Fagura.com and Fagura.ro). The organizer reserves the right to modify these rules or suspend the campaign, with prior notice to participants via the official website.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign will take place from:
📅 July 1 – September 30, 2025, at 23:59 (EET)

Investments made outside this period will not be considered for the campaign leaderboard.

4. Eligibility

The campaign is open to all individuals and legal entities who:
✔️ Have an active investor account on Fagura.com or Fagura.ro, regardless of whether they operate as an individual or a legal entity;
✔️ Add money to his/her account and invest these funds. If a withdrawal is made during the campaign, the withdrawn amount will be deducted from the invested amount (e.g., a 10.000 EUR deposit, 8.000 EUR invested, and 500 EUR withdrawn = 7.500 EUR counted);
✔️ Agree to the publication of their unique platform ID number and name initials in the public leaderboard Top Investors of Summer 2025.

📌 No additional registration is required – all accounts that invest during the campaign period are automatically included.
📌 The following cannot participate in the campaign:
– Fagura shareholders or employees, regardless of the legal entity they represent (Fagura OU, OCN Fagura Marketplace SRL, Fagura Finance SRL, or FaguraLab SRL),
– Their first-degree relatives.
📌 Investments from Fagura Prime portfolios are also excluded (invested sums or portfolios).
📌 The leaderboard will be calculated based on the total volume of active investments made between July 1 – September 30, 2025 (including both Primary and Secondary Market), and only those from new deposits. For example, if an investor had 1.000 EUR in their account at the start of the campaign and invested it, this amount will not be counted since it does not originate from a deposit made during the campaign period.

5. Campaign Mechanism

At the end of the campaign, the investor with the highest cumulative volume of active investments made between July 1 and September 30, 2025 will receive a 1.000 EUR prize, which will be credited to their Fagura account (corresponding to the primary region selected at account creation) by October 15, 2025.

For transparency, Fagura will publish a daily updated Top 10 leaderboard on the website (based on the investor’s unique platform ID number), visible to all users. The leaderboard will show the position and the cumulative volume of investments during the campaign.

In case of a corresponding in the total invested amount between two accounts:
– The user who reached the final amount earlier in time will be declared the winner.
– If a tie persists, both users will receive 500 EUR each.

6. Campaign Conducted on Both Platforms

The campaign „This Summer, Let Your Money Work for You” is held jointly across both Fagura platforms: Fagura.com and Fagura.ro. All investors who make active investments during the period July 1 – September 30, 2025, regardless of the platform used, participate in the same campaign and compete in a single, unified leaderboard.

✔️ The terms and conditions are identical for both platforms;
✔️ The leaderboard is unique, and results are determined by the total volume of active investments, regardless of whether they were made via Fagura.com or Fagura.ro;
✔️ Only one prize of 1.000 EUR will be awarded to the investor ranked first on the general leaderboard.

📌 If an investor uses both platforms, their investments will be automatically combined in the leaderboard, based on their unique investor account.

7. General Conditions

📌 Deposits that are not allocated to loans/invested are not eligible for the campaign;
📌 Participation in the campaign implies consent for the publication of the investor’s unique platform ID in the Top Investors of Summer 2025 leaderboard (without disclosing any other personal data such as full name, email, or phone number);
📌 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash, goods, or discounts. The 1.000 EUR prize will be usable only for investments on the Fagura platform, in accordance with the general terms of the investor account;
📌 The campaign cannot be combined with other promotions that provide cash rewards to investors.

8. Other Provisions

➡️ By making investments under the conditions described in this document, every Fagura investor meeting the criteria is automatically enrolled in the promotion;
➡️ Fagura reserves the right to investigate any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system and may disqualify any participant in case of improper behavior;
➡️ Any disputes arising from this campaign will be resolved by the organizer in accordance with applicable laws;
➡️ Depending on the tax residency of the investor, Fagura will withhold applicable taxes at source from the prize amount.
